Your chance of acceptance to any school depends on multiple factors which are generally classified into two categories:

Cognitive variables, which includes your GPA and MCAT scores as well as your degree program and its rigor.

Non-cognitive variables, which includes factors like your motivation, compassion, maturity.

The relative weight of these variables varies from school to school and is not generally determined by an exact formula.
